Paediatric Occupational Therapist – Cayman Islands

Align Wellness Studio is a leading healthcare provider offering holistic, patient-centred wellness services across three multidisciplinary clinics in the Cayman Islands. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team of highly skilled practitioners.

In this role, you’ll work across both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting children and their families in a diverse, rapidly expanding community. You’ll manage a wide range of paediatric cases, from developmental delays to neurological, orthopaedic, and functional challenges, delivering meaningful, hands-on therapy that genuinely helps children thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality paediatric occupational therapy to enhance functional independence and daily living skills

  • Develop individualised, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs

  • Educate and empower families and caregivers to support long-term progress

  • Monitor outcomes and adjust interventions to achieve the best results

  • Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team (Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Physicians & more)

  • Contribute to service development and community outreach initiatives

  • Maintain excellent clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards

  • Provide compassionate, child-centred care in both clinic and community settings

Requirements:

  • Registered with the HCPC (or eligible for registration)

  • Diploma, BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy

  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (paediatrics experience highly desirable)

  • Strong background in neurology, orthopaedics, MSK, or rehabilitation is a plus

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and technology skills

  • Proactive, compassionate, and committed to ongoing professional development
